CCTV STANDARD Conditions

Standard Install: based on single level home, office or commercial building with 1 level.

With access to the roof space to allow cable installation.

Multi Level premises can be carried out however there will be additional costs that may be provided and extra material such as duct, conduit etc may be required. That’s items are NOT INCLUDED in our standard install.

ALL SITES CONDITIONS

Network: you will require a minimum of 1 spare working Ethernet port for connection of the recorder to your internet. This port must be an open port. If tested and found to be closed you will require your IT or ISP to carry this out for you. Any cost or charge is not included in system.

Service Speed: As we are not a manufacturer we do not control the internet or the APPs. Our systems all use free user apps. We can not accept any liberty regarding Apps, the Internet or your service provider (ISP)

If it is found not practical to cable the Network you will have a choice to use a Digital Bridge”. This item is not included in the quote but can be purchased separately POA.

The number of channels stated on the NVR / XVR OR DVR is the maximum possible. It is not possible to extend your system beyond the stated number of the recorder. Eg: 4 channel, 8 channel or 16 channel. Means 4 can not have more than 4 at any time.

Sound /Audio recording: This is a sensitive issue and is based on Federal Law as it constitutes a listening device. The law states you can not record a person unless you are party to that conversation (under Qld law) you don’t need to advise the other party. However if you are not apart of the recorded conversation it is not lawful to listen. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING AUDIO RECORDING.

GSM SIGNAL where your system if CCTV OR ALARM a GSM service may be available however we can not guarantee signal, service levels or quality and can not control the network providers ability to maintain a service at your premises. We will test this prior to install and will offer options should the service be unsatisfactory.

Network: IF YOU INTEND TO USE REMOTE ACCESS VIA WEB OR APP

YOu will require a minimum of 1 spare working Ethernet port for each item (1 for alarm, 1 for camera) connection of the to your internet. This port/s must be an open port. If tested and found to be closed you may require your IT or ISP to carry this out for you. Any cost or charge is not included in system.

Router Modem Access: we may require access to the configuration of the modem/router and as such will need the user name and password. If you can not provide this we will not be able to complete the remote side and you may incur additional costs to return to site to carry this out.

Service Speed and Data. As we are not a manufacturer we do not control the internet or the APPs. Our systems all use free user apps. We can not accept any liberty regarding Apps, the Internet or your service provider (ISP) CCTV will use a lot of data for remote view and you need to make sure you have an adequate data. We are not responsible for any excess data costs or charges.

Password: Your CCTV SYSTEM comes with a user name and password and we set this up for you. There is a Master /Installer password that we do not issue unless requested and in writing. If this password is forgotten or lost it can not be recovered and will require a rest by the manufacture. If this occurs there will be a charge for this min $295
