We have answering services during busy periods to take overloads or after hours calls this service is monitored and is checked frequently. Our Monitoring Control Centre is manned 24 hours a day and any urgent requests can be placed with them any time. As a general rule we try to turn around services within 46 hrs from notification. Non urgent work or requirements can be arranged to suit your requirements. Our technical support technician/s are available 24hrs however call out fees apply.
All accounts are generally due on completion of works. Clients with account arrangements that have been pre approved are fourteen (14) days. Government departments where written goods orders have been received are thirty (30) days. We accept the following payment methods. Note: In some circumstances it may be necessary to obtain a deposit where goods are specially ordered. We accept payment by: cheque, bank deposit , Bpay and Online payments for Visa and Master card (Note: addition fees of 3% apply for credit card payments).
